Work with me
I take on two, never more than three, clients at a time. Here's what the engagement actually looks like.
What I do
I work as a fractional design leader. Part strategic, part hands-on, depending on what the moment needs. That might mean shaping product direction, running design reviews, evolving a design system, or getting into Figma when that's where the value is. The balance shifts over time. The level of attention doesn't.
Most of my clients are building digital products where design decisions carry real weight, where getting it wrong early gets expensive fast. That's where I tend to add the most.
How it works day to day
We have one standing call a week. That's the only recurring meeting. Everything else happens when the work actually needs it: a quick call to unblock a decision, a review before something ships. No standing rituals for the sake of standing rituals.
Between calls, I'm in your Slack, your Figma, your docs. Communication is async and usually daily. You'll always know where things stand, and I'll always know what's moving.
I protect deep work time because that's where the real thinking happens. Two to three clients means each one gets real focus, not whatever's left over.
Engagements
Advisory: $6,000 / €5,500 per month
Design direction, product and design reviews, strategic input. For teams that have designers and need a senior perspective to sharpen decisions and catch things early.
Fractional design lead: $12,000 / €10,500 per month
Direction, reviews, hands-on contribution, design system work, close collaboration with product and engineering. This is how most of my client relationships work.
Both are monthly retainers. No time-tracking, no hourly billing.
